Chain link is still the most cost-effective way to enclose a property quickly without sacrificing durability. EZ Fence Company Repair & Install installs and repairs galvanized and vinyl-coated chain link fence across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach County for residential, commercial, industrial and municipal customers. Whether you need a 4-foot residential perimeter, an 8-foot commercial enclosure with privacy slats, or a hurricane-grade industrial fence with barbed wire and gates, we have crews and materials ready.
Galvanized vs vinyl-coated chain link
Galvanized is the classic silver look — affordable, strong, ideal for back yards, side yards, dog runs, schools and commercial sites. Vinyl-coated chain link adds a black, green or brown PVC coating that disappears visually into landscaping while extending fence life by another decade. Black vinyl-coated chain link is especially popular for residential South Florida properties because it looks far more upscale than bare galvanized and blends with hedges.
Heights, gauges and grades
We install everything from 3-foot dog-run fencing to 12-foot commercial security fence. Standard gauges are 11 and 11.5 for residential, 9-gauge for commercial and industrial. We can add tension wire, top rail, bottom rail, privacy slats, windscreen and barbed or razor wire for security applications. Posts are properly sized and concreted; we don't drive thin-wall residential posts into commercial-grade jobs.
Gates and access
Chain link single and double swing gates, rolling cantilever slide gates, manual and automated. We size and brace gates correctly so they don't sag — the #1 problem with cheap chain link installations is undersized gate posts and missing diagonal bracing.
Chain link fence repair
We re-stretch loose fabric, replace damaged mesh sections, swap bent or knocked-over posts, fix sagging gates, replace tension bands and hardware and add slats or windscreen to existing fences. Hurricane and storm repairs are a regular service — we can also document damage for insurance claims.
Permits and code
Most cities in our service area require a permit even for chain link. We handle the city submittal and HOA review when applicable.
Why choose EZ Fence Company for chain link
Chain link looks simple but is installed badly more often than any other fence type. We set posts deep, stretch the fabric properly, brace gates correctly and use the right-gauge mesh for the job. Done right, your chain link fence will outlast cheaper installs by years.
